"Energy Efficiency": STULZ S.p.A., Riello UPS and Aruba together to design the future od Data Centers

In the prestigious setting of Ducati headquarter in Borgo Panigale (BO), STULZ, Riello UPS and Aruba met to discuss the latest developments in the field of energy efficiency for Data Centers, a theme on which the three companies invested in the last years, creating important synergies too.

Following the welcome speech of the commercial directors of STULZ Alessandro Polce and of Riello UPS Salvatore Moria, the designers and IT Managers attending the event listened to the presentation of the latest advanced solutions developed by the two companies to improve the energy efficiency of Data Centers, like the one built by Aruba near Milan.

At the end of the speeches, the guests had the chance to visit the production and the museum of Ducati, the motorcycle company that is sponsored by the three companies: Ducati Superbike Team (Aruba and STULZ) and Ducati MotoGP (Riello UPS).

After a successful 2016 season, with 11 wins, including six in a row, the Aruba.it Racing - Ducati team is ready for the thirtieth Superbike World Championship season, and for the third year running STULZ is supporting the team as sponsor.

The official debut took place on the 8th February, at the Aruba Data Center IT1 in Arezzo, and it was the chance to show the sporting activities, riders and bikes for the 2017 championship. STULZ S.p.A. was there to show its support, with the CEO Paolo Perotti and Sales and Marketing director Alessandro Polce.

The team, formed by Chaz Davies and Marco Melandri, is now set to leave for Australia for the opening round of the season at Philip Island.

La famiglia delle unità FreeAir STULZ è ora più numerosa, grazie ai nuovi modelli specificamente progettati per il raffreddamento dei data center, che si sono affiancati a quelli dedicati alla telefonia mobile.

I nuovi modelli sono stati sviluppati per offrire una soluzione di free cooling efficiente e affidabile, limitando sensibilmente il raffreddamento tramite il ciclo frigorifero portando evidenti benefici di risparmio energetico, abbassamento dei costi operativi e aumento della vita utile dei condizionatori.

I FreeAir hanno, inoltre, un’estrema flessibilità di applicazione, potendo essere installati a parete, canalizzati in ambiente o nel pavimento flottante, adatti sia a nuove installazioni che al retrofit.

Le macchine immettono aria esterna nell’ambiente da raffreddare, ma possono anche essere impiegate per estrarre l’aria calda interna assicurando un bilanciamento ottimale delle portate in immissione ed estrazione.
